- We recycle the cooking oil used in our dining locations to be used for the creation of biodiesel fuel

- Implemented a tray-less initiative in our dining halls to address the Georgia drought and support overall water conservation
- Saves 3,000 gallons of water per day
- Use steam cleaning in our operations in place of water pressure cleaning
- Use post consumer waste (PCW) materials as carryout containers
